AILAF Grant Writing Workshop
Unlock Your Research Potential with our AILAF Grant Writing Workshop!
Are you new to scientific drilling and eager to make a mark in your research career? Securing a small research grant early on can be a career-defining opportunity, helping you prove a concept, establish yourself as an independent researcher, and boost your CV.
Join us for an exclusive one-day virtual workshop on mastering AILAF (ANZIC IODP and ICDP Legacy Analytical Funding) grant proposals. Hosted by the University of Tasmania, this workshop will guide you through the intricacies of crafting compelling proposals for our AILAF grants.
AILAF grants of up to $25,000 are frequently available to researchers from ANZIC members institutions for the study of previously collected ocean and land core samples and data, and the rapid delivery of research outputs. Opportunities extend to fields beyond traditional geosciences, including data science, mathematics, molecular and genetic analysis, and much more.
Since 2012, ANZIC has funded 110 AILAF projects, totalling over $2 million. This is your opportunity to learn from the best, enhance your proposal writing skills, and take a significant step forward in your research career.
